I've never seen anyone say this is easy, and it's not just a personal preference—I think it could even be top-tier..?

I think this is a chart that will be very polarizing due to 'that section' that appears in the middle. You have to get past this part to even look at a clear, and if you aren't familiar with the variable speed, you'll have to rely on luck...

Even without gimmicks, the late section makes it a low 20, but the gimmicks are the core element blocking the break on, and since they're hard to handle even if you know them, it deserves at least mid-high in terms of clear level.
