The late section is harder to hold out on than you'd think... Don't step too hard in the half before the entry, and if you conserve stamina in the brackets, it becomes much easier.

Once you get past the bracket, there is a run in the second half, but it's short, so maybe mid-tier..?

If you can handle the brackets, the run is shorter than it looks, so it's manageable.

The late spike is a bit intense, so I'd rate it mid-high to high.
