It's quite hard to maintain judgment. The section where you take 170 as is isn't long, but be careful as the large weight shifts can drain your stamina early to mid-game.

The late spike is ridiculous, but the top-tier is even more ridiculous. Especially Blowback, which is a blatant superior version.

It's pretty standard for a D19 until the late spike, but the difficulty starts to ramp up from the weight-shift section after the first verse, and the late spike features consecutive half-twists and runs with sudden weight shifts. The density isn't very high, but it's quite difficult for a level 19 player to handle, making it high to top-tier level 19 based on full combo. A hidden mine of double 19, just below the level of Take Out D19.
