The hold crossover run before the final section far exceeds the standard for a D19. However, since the rest of the chart is relatively standard for a D19, it doesn't reach the highest tier. Memorizing the hold run is essential. D19 Mid-High to High.

This song is very difficult and way too spicy for a level 19... I'm not sure if I can give it a perceived level of 20...

It's so hard that I can't believe it was an 18 until the previous version.

Even if this chart had come up from 18, the twist before the highlight + hold run alone would make it a bit tough for locals.
