If you're only looking at breaking, since it's a half-step chart with only 4 notes, you can survive the head-on hold half-twists and then mash through the rest, so it's manageable. However, to get a rank of SSS or higher—meaning achieving Half Level 3—it's easy for your judgment to fall apart while handling the 16-beat runs at a fast BPM, so it can actually be harder to achieve than Super Fantasy D19, which is Half Level 4.

Even if you're good at half-twists, the drills are still quite difficult.

If you're really struggling, try using half-4-note mash. Using that drops the difficulty significantly.

Is it really that hard? I mean, I barely survived the first hold twist in the middle, but after that, I haven't seen my health bar drop to red once except for the very end... If the gimmicks from the D18 era were still alive, it would have easily been top-tier, but now?

For those who are weak at half-notes, this is top-tier. Personally, it felt harder than Super Fantasy D18.
