Even when I was a local at level 18, I felt that the break on is harder than the D19 of the same song.

I recommend memorizing the highlight's jump run mixed with splits by looking at the chart.

It got underrated as easy to scoring because the notes are so sparse, but the break on difficulty is around 20+, so don't be fooled.

The split jump length might be hard for locals to see.. I struggled a bit too.
