Obelisque

Just as there was a section in Single 10 where 16-beat notes appeared momentarily, there is a section in Double 12 where 16-beat notes appear. However, compared to Violet Perfume of the same level, it's a straightforward 16-beat, so you won't fail to clear it because you can't read 16-beats. The twists are quite consistent, but since they don't all come out as 8-beat twists to keep the beat, you can actually relax a bit, making it an ambiguous 12 to call difficult. In many ways, if the pattern density had been reinforced just a bit more here, it would have been a difficult pattern.
