This is tiring! So many crossovers and jumps with no bar... personally, for me, high.

The no bar weight shifting is quite difficult.

This song is mostly co-op rotations/transitions with occasional triplets. Be prepared for horizontally jumps too. In the final stretch, the rate of triplets increases in the rotations.

A typical tournament rotation pattern from COOP. You need to familiarize yourself with the rotation and counter-rotation directions in advance. Also, make sure to study the change jump sections in the early part beforehand.
