For 15-level locals, it's practically a battle of endurance, and while the other parts are embarrassing to even call 15, it's a bizarre structure where only the end is mid-to-high 15 + it's a short cut, which makes it forgivable as a 15. Compared to Wedding Crasher Short Cut, which also goes crazy at the end, this is way easier.
