the ending is super difficult, even if you have a good sense of rhythm. the rest of the chart is easier, but still relies heavily on rhythm. stamina management is also crucial. it could be upper-mid because it’s easy to score, but I’m choosing high because it’s VERY easy to break the bar at the end. with that being said, awesome chart with an awesome song.

If the rhythm affects your clear, it's mid-high; if you're confident you won't be thrown off by the rhythm, it's mid. The late spike combined with the twisted rhythm makes it look hard, but it's surprisingly not that difficult, so you can clear it if you step calmly. However, whether this is actually possible for a local is a separate issue.

박자가 클리어에 영향 미치는 편이면 중상급, 박자에 흔들리지 않을 자신 있으면 중급. 후살 난이도가 꼬인 박자와 합쳐져 어려워 보이나 의외로 엄청 어렵지는 않으므로 차분하게 밟으면 클리어 가능. 단 이게 현지인에게 가능한지는 좀 별개의 문제.
