The mid-section has off-beat 3-note drills, and in the late-mid, you have to hold the top-left note while drilling. You must keep holding until the final bracket hold is completely finished. If you miss even one, you're instantly ejected. Armed with patterns that are difficult for locals to handle perfectly, I'd say it goes from High to Top-tier.
