If you have a knack for brackets, it's one thing, but based on Phoenix, it's hard to develop bracket skills even up to 15, so for a 13, while it might not be top-tier, it could be high-tier. The drill with the two-note bracket at the end or the 2-note 16-bit stairs are a bit tricky, but since the BPM is slow, it's not to the point where you can't handle it. If you can bracket, you can clear it; if you panic and go "What is that?", you'll fail.

겹발 요령이 있는 거면 모르겠는데 피닉스 기준으론 15까지 올라가도 겹발 요령이 생기기가 힘들어서 13 기준으론 최상급까진 아니어도 상위 마킹은 가능할 거 같네요. 마지막 2개밟기 낀 떨기나 2연 16빗 계단도 좀 껄끄럽긴 하지만 브픔이 느려 대처 못할 정돈 아니라 겹발 밟을 수 있으면 깨고 어 저게 뭐지 하고 당황하면 못깨는 곡 같습니다.
